About Malloy Aeronautics
Malloy Aeronautics is shaping the future of autonomous flight. As part of BAE Systems' FalconWorks, we design, build and test advanced heavy-lift uncrewed aircraft systems that deliver real-world capability across defence, logistics and commercial operations. From concept and prototype through to flight testing and deployment, our teams push the boundaries of engineering to create innovative, all-electric aircraft capable of carrying critical payloads in some of the world's most challenging environments. History of Malloy Aeronautics
World first Hoverbike
In 2009 Chris Malloy built the worlds first Hoverbike
Malloy Aeronautics founded
Founded in 2013, Malloy Aeronautics evolved the ground breaking technology behind the original Malloy Hoverbike into industry-leading heavy-lift autonomous aircraft.
T-150
Drawing on years of innovation and the development of more than 15 vehicle platforms, Malloy introduced the T-150, a milestone product that has been key in the success and growth of Malloy Aeronautics.
T-400
The T-400 prototype demonstrates the future of heavy-lift autonomous flight, evolving from the T-600 technology demonstrator into a platform that continues to push the boundaries of capability and innovation.
Introduction to BAE
In 2024, Malloy Aeronautics became part of BAE Systems' FalconWorks organisation. This milestone marked the next chapter in Malloy's growth, combining our expertise in autonomous heavy-lift aircraft with the resources, reach and engineering excellence of a global aerospace and defence leader.

Today, Malloy Aeronautics is focused on the future, with the T-150 at the heart of our success as we continue to develop industry-leading UAVs and drive innovation across the sector.
